Beauty Salon Space Rental Leasing Agreement Policy

General Terms
1. Rental Duration: The rental period for the beauty salon space is to be agreed upon between the lessee and the salon management. All events must conclude by the agreed end time.

2. Usage: The space is to be used exclusively for beauty-related events. Any other usage must be pre-approved by the salon management.

3. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking of the space. The amount of the deposit will be determined at the time of booking.

4. Payment: The remaining balance is due ___ days prior to the event. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in the cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of the deposit.

5. Cancellation: Any cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

6. Damage and Cleanliness: The lessee is responsible for any damage to the property during the rental period. The space must be left in the same condition as it was found. Any necessary cleaning or repairs will be charged to the lessee.

7. Insurance: The lessee is advised to carry appropriate insurance for their event. The salon is not responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur during the rental period.

8. Compliance: The lessee agrees to comply with all local laws and regulations during the use of the space.

Non-Refundable Deposit Policy:
All deposits paid to secure the rental of our beauty salon space for events are strictly non-refundable. This policy ensures that the space is reserved exclusively for your event and that no other clients can book the space for the same time.
